Savoury breakfast with nutella and juice - well worth the money. Well decorated room, clean bathroom. Unbeatable and magnificent location to the city center in 5 minutes and easy access to the main shopping center and a supermarket. Also, easy to get to La Spezia Centrale railway...

The breakfast offered a good choice of options and was savory. I had a charming little room with a single bed, a minifridge, and a lovely balcony. - the location was exceptionally nice, for example, Via del Prione was relatively close to the hotel.

The guesthouse has a great location, just a short walk from the train station. It is also conveniently close to the city center, making it easy to explore. The rooms are clean, tidy, and nicely decorated. Guests are provided with free food and drinks, including snacks, tea, water, and even beer. The owner is very friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. The bathroom is spacious and the beds are comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep.
Finding a parking space in the free public parking can be a challenge, but this is not directly related to the guesthouse.

The room was clean and comfy, with plenty of towels and little extras like drinks in the refrigerator. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station, making it easy to explore Cinque Terre. the host was friendly and accommodating, and made our late check-in a breeze.
The bed was a bit too low and uncomfortable to sleep on, and there was no coffee provided, only tea. We ended up borrowing coffee from our neighbors, but it was removed when the room was cleaned the next morning.

The room was absolutely amazing, super comfortable with two single beds. The location was perfect, close to the train station for easy day trips to Cinque Terre and not far from the city center. The breakfast provided in the room was a nice touch to kickstart our day. The cleanliness and comfort of the room were top-notch. The owner, who was incredibly lovely, took great care of us. Unfortunately, I forgot her name, but she made our stay unforgettable. The room had a fridge and kettle for our convenience. It was also very quiet, allowing us to have a peaceful sleep. I would highly recommend this guesthouse and would definitely stay here again. The room had thoughtful touches like toothbrushes, complimentary drinks, and toiletries. The AC worked perfectly, and there were a cafe and a supermarket nearby. It was great value for money, and we had an amazing experience. The lady running the guesthouse was incredibly friendly, always smiling, and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, with a mini-fridge and enough space for three people. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and had hot water with excellent pressure. The location, right next to the train station, was perfect for exploring Cinque Terre, and there was a Carrefour around the corner. I would definitely recommend this place based on the price alone.

Convenient location with a bus that magically connects the train station and city center. The property offers facilities like luggage storage, microwave, and even a nail salon. Truly a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.
Oh, just the small details like inconsistent water temperature and paper-thin walls to keep you entertained during your stay. So charming!

We had a blast exploring La Spezia and visiting the Ferry Terminal and Via dell'Amore. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The room had digital programming, so we could relax and watch movies after a long day of adventures. It was a great time overall!
The only thing we wished for was a better nightlife scene in La Spezia. As young party-goers, we would have loved more options for late-night fun.

I had a great value for my money at this guesthouse. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Mrs. Giuseppa, was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The morning meal could have been better with more variety or fresh options.

Very neat and clean with thoughtful touches like new toothbrushes and drinks. Excellent location - very close to the train station. Local insights: Trattoria next door and good pizzeria nearby. A standout service was the owner's kindness and giving Easter chocolates.
Would recommend.
